Full Job Details & Application:
Location: North Decatur
Schedule: Full-time, Part-time, Contract (10–40 hrs/week; after-school blocks available)
Compensation: $48,000 - $61,440
What You’ll Do:
- Provide 1:1 occupational therapy under OTR/L supervision
- Co-lead or lead social-skills groups using our play-based curriculum
- Support kids with sensory, motor, and self-care goals
- Document in our EMR (voice-to-text + templates)
- Collaborate with OTs and SLPs when it helps the kid
Minimum Requirements:
- GA COTA license active or eligible within 30 days
- Pediatric experience preferred
- New grads welcome (mentorship available)
Physical Demands:
- Floor play, kneeling/bending, standing/sitting throughout the day
- Occasional lifting/assisting children and therapy materials
- Reasonable accommodations available
