Progress Village is expanding! Join our dedicated team and make a difference in the lives of children and families.
Lead 6-kid social-skills groups using our play-based OT curriculum. Paid training, low admin, and supportive OTR/L supervision. Afternoon/evening blocks + select Saturdays.
We’re hiring 3 pediatric SLPs to deliver 1-on-1 therapy in our North Decatur clinic. Choose a caseload of 20 – 35 children and scale your income accordingly. With admin & billing handled for you, 50 % smaller caseloads mean deeper therapy and zero IEP marathons.
We need 2 OTs to join our sensory-rich clinic. Design your own schedule (20 – 32 kids/week) and focus on fine-motor, ADL, and sensory goals while our front desk handles authorizations.
