Questions

Find answers about our Conyers clinic, services, and what to expect on your first visit.

What ages do you serve?

We work with children ages three and up. Our therapists adapt their approach to meet each child where they are developmentally, whether your child is just beginning their journey or refining existing skills.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes. We work with most major insurance plans. During your inquiry call, we'll verify your coverage and discuss any out-of-pocket costs upfront so there are no surprises.

How long are sessions?

Individual therapy sessions typically run 45 to 60 minutes. We customize session length based on your child's needs and attention span.

Will I see the right sign when I arrive?

Our building is shared with Kids Speech and OT—you might spot their signage first. We're in Suite #290. Same parking lot, same hallway, different practice.

What if we need to cancel?

We understand life happens. Our cancellation policy allows 24 hours notice for rescheduling. We'll work with you to find a time that fits your family's schedule.

Do you offer teletherapy

Yes. Virtual sessions are available for families who need the flexibility. Ask us what's possible for your child's goals during your inquiry call.

What areas do you serve?

We see families from across Rockdale and Newton counties, including Covington, Oxford, and Social Circle. Some families also come from south DeKalb and Henry County.
